  1. Contact Justin so we can schedule an in depth consultation. We help everyone; First Time Sellers, Experienced Sellers, Investors, Short Sales, and Avoiding Foreclosures.
  2. View the house through the eyes of an appraiser, inspector, buyer, and client to find areas to address now to avoid issues later on in the process. If there is an opportunity to improve a part of the house to increase value we will discuss the most effective way to accomplish that.
  3. Conduct an in depth consultation at the office or at your house.
  4. Review market comparables in person with you to determine the best ones.
  5. Run numbers based on the comparables to determine a value range for your house.
  6. Discuss marketing strategy to get the most money in your pocket with the least amount of problems.
