Dear Prospective Buyers,
For whoever decides to begin their next chapter in our beloved home, we wanted to share a little about what has made this property so special to us.
After searching for nearly two years for the right home, we first came across this property online. We looked at it multiple times, but we didn’t fully understand its charm until we pulled down the long driveway and stepped foot on the property. We were welcomed by the beautiful azalea bushes, the expansive yard, and the privacy that made the setting feel peaceful and tucked away.
When we purchased the home, we were also thinking ahead. We wanted a place that could accommodate our growing family while also offering space for my Meme. The in-law setup and generous living areas gave us the flexibility we were looking for, and over the years, this home became the backdrop for some of our most cherished memories.
We brought our first child home from St. Vincent Hospital here. We hosted family gatherings, enjoyed morning coffee on the front deck while watching hummingbirds, grilled dinner on the back porch, and spent nights sitting outside under the stars. Time and again, we felt truly blessed to call this place home.
One of the things we have loved most is the balance of privacy and convenience. The home feels tucked back in the country, yet it is close to shopping, restaurants, highways, and the surrounding towns. Sturbridge is nearby, Worcester Airport is about 30 minutes away, and several major airports are within roughly an hour’s drive. Just up the road is Dresser Hill Creamery, one of our favorite local spots for food, ice cream, and beautiful sunset views.
The community has also been a wonderful part of living here, with local events like the farmers market on the common, summer concerts at the Masonic Home, and Independence Day fireworks. Over the past decade, we have updated the home to better fit our lifestyle, and we hope the next owners appreciate its warmth, versatility, and potential as much as we have.
There are still so many possibilities here, and we hope whoever moves into this home feels the same sense of peace, comfort, and gratitude that we have felt over the years.
With warm wishes,
The Sellers
